I'm married to this really cute computer geek who is totally patient with ineptness where technology is concerned. He has this really cool group of friends who like to bat around full cans of hot beer. I always want to respond to their posts, but heretofore have been unable to do so....so geeky hubby (did I mention he's cute?) has set me up so I can join the gang online. God only knows what's next for me....spreadsheets?

Cats. I like cats. Especially my cats, who are the cutest cats in the world. I love this wonderful one of a kind blue fairy I bought at an art show in Madison, Wisconsin. She is fire and water and she is my true self and my muse. I like people. I like all kinds of people...nice people, weird people, funny people, and people who need help with stuff because I'm a social worker.

I like cooking good food, funky shoes, Sex and the City, Bruce Springsteen, David Sedaris, Ira Glass, Garrison Keillor and dark chocolate. I like dark chocolate a lot. I like Harry Potter. I like Harry and I like Ron. I get him. I like documentary movies that tell us stories about people, real life and the real deal.

I like scrapbooking and taking photos. I like spending time with my friends and I love to spend time with my hubby doing crosswords and playing Scrabble. OH, and I like to write.
